Frequently Asked Questions

No. Coaching looks at your present and future. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If during our work it becomes clear that therapy would be more appropriate, I will help you find a trusted therapist.

No. I do not give financial advice, stock tips, or investment recommendations. The Clarity Programme can explore your mindset around money, pressure, and decisions – not on what to do with your money.

MTQPlus is a scientifically validated tool that measures how you typically respond to pressure, challenge, and uncertainty. It looks at four dimensions: Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence. The assessment gives you a clear, objective picture of your mental strengths and blind spots – things you may not see on your own.

The Clarity Programme consists of 4 coaching sessions, usually spread over 6–8 weeks. Each session is 60–90 minutes. Between sessions, you may have small experiments or reflections to try – nothing heavy, just honest curiosity.

Most sessions will occur virtually via Zoom. In person consultations can be arranged should you reside in Makhanda or nearby.

The Founder’s Club is a limited time offer, (maximum 3 clients) to join the Clarity Programme at a reduced rate. In exchange, you agree to give honest feedback after each session and, if you are willing, a short testimonial. This helps me refine the programme before I open it to full‑price clients later in 2026.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations incur a 50% session fee. If you do not show up without any communication, the full session fee applies. Genuine emergencies are treated with flexibility.

You are never locked in. If after the first session you feel it is not a fit, you can stop. You will only be charged for the sessions that have taken place. My goal is not to collect fees – it is to work with people who genuinely benefit.

You are a good fit if:

  • You feel stuck, frustrated, or anxious about something you cannot quite name.

  • You are willing to look honestly at your own patterns.

  • You can commit to 4 sessions over 6–8 weeks.

  • You are not currently in a severe mental health crisis (if you are, I can help you find a therapist).

Still unsure? Book a free 20‑minute discovery call. No obligation.

No. Everything we discuss is confidential. I follow the COMENSA Code of Ethics. The only exception is if I believe you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else – in that case I am ethically required to seek help for you.

We complete the programme. You leave with a clear forward plan. Six months later, you have the option to retake the MTQPlus assessment (additional cost) and have a 30‑minute review call to see what has shifted. Some clients choose to continue with a maintenance package – we can discuss that at the end if you wish.

I hold an MBA from Stellenbosch University (distinctions in Leadership and Strategic Management). I am a licensed MTQPlus practitioner and the COMENSA Eastern Cape Deputy Chair (working toward full accreditation). My background includes 15 years in corporate, 12 years running a medical practice, and 21 years managing property and trusts. I do not list this to impress – only to assure you that I have sat in busy, pressured roles too.
