The MTQPlus assessment
You begin with a scientifically validated tool that measures how you respond to pressure, challenge, and uncertainty – across four areas: Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence. It gives you a clear, objective picture of your mental strengths and blind spots.
The coaching sessions
The assessment alone is useful. But without a skilled coach to sit with you, ask the right questions, and hold space for honest reflection, it remains just data.
That is why every Clarity Programme includes four dedicated coaching sessions. In these sessions, we take what the MTQPlus reveals and explore what it actually means for your daily life, your work, your relationships, and the quiet frustrations you carry.
We will explore your relationship with your inner world (thoughts, feelings, values), your outer self (energy, health, habits), the people around you, and your environment – work, finances, and life circumstances.
Between sessions, you will try small experiments – nothing overwhelming, just honest curiosity. Then we reflect: What did you notice? What shifted? What still feels heavy?

A clear understanding of your own mental patterns. A practical plan for handling pressure differently. And the quiet confidence that comes from knowing – not guessing – what moves you forward.
